At RW Electrodes, we stand behind the quality of our industrial welding supplies and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the specific electrode or component you wish to return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the item was defective.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods for integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
